Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Touch of Life values your time and ours. Due to limited capacity, we enforce the following cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made within the required timeframe to avoid penalties. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations caused by customer fault. Repeated cancellations may result in forfeited fees. Clients may reschedule within a specified timeframe or for an additional rescheduling fee, unless otherwise approved by the owner. In certain cases, and at the owner’s discretion, a one-time reschedule may be granted without an additional fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
