Cancellation Policy

No-Show & Cancellation Policy Touch of Life has a strict no-show policy. There are no refunds or free rescheduling for missed classes unless otherwise approved by the owner. Due to limited capacity, fees for no-shows are typically forfeited. However, clients may reschedule for a fee or within a specified timeframe. No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by customer fault or multiple cancellations. Clients will have the opportunity to reschedule at a later time without an additional fee, when applicable and approved.
